Starting out on a mill floor right out of high school in a large softwood organization, Mike gained experience operating all machines, later moving to Management where he managed several different sawmill operations. After 22 years in sawmill management, Mike moved into a career in sales.  Mike's knowledge in mill flow, production and machinery ROI is second to none.

Sue started working for her Dad at McDonough in 9th grade and she is still active in the company today in her financial and Human Resource roles. Sue finds the time to serve on numerous area boards, is very active in Kiwanis, is an avid reader and enjoys traveling with her husband, Roger. Sue is the 4th generation owner.

A business graduate from the University of Wisconsin - Eau Claire, Matt is a fifth generation owner at McDonough. Having started at McDonough in assembly after graduation, Matt has exetensive hands-on, combined with a keen knowledge of what a mill requires to operate at its best.

Hugh is a graduate of the Forest Engineering Program at the University of New Brunswick. He started his career in the sawmill industry immediately after graduation as a sawmill supervisor before moving into a role in sawmill machinery manufacturing in late 2005.
