Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Structural Engineering Manager located in Fredericton, NB. The Senior Structural Engineering Manager will be responsible for leading our engineering team, managing projects, and ensuring the integration of software solutions within structural engineering designs.

Qualifications

• Engineering Management and Team Leadership skills
• Project Management experience
• Engineering software solutions selection and management experience
• Proven track record in structural engineering as a senior engineer responsible for design
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Structural Engineering or related field
• Professional Engineering (P.Eng) designation is required”
